Listing your book on Veryfinebooks is Free. While other booksellers can charge up to 30% in commission, our consignment rates are very reasonable and range from only 12% to 20%
(plus any applicable credit card fees). The consignment rate is based on the value of the item to be
offered for sale.

you place a book on consignment with us, we will work with you

what other similar books are being offered for.

Every book you place on consignment with us will be showcased on our high traffic homepage under the section "New Arrivals". Your consignment books will also be listed in our New Arrivals category page.
Product Listing Page
Every book you place on consignment with us will get its own product listing page. In order to properly represent and showcase your rare book, a listing page includes the following:
- Book name, including information on publisher, publication date, and binding.
- Book Price
- Accurate description of the book
- Several photographs to properly show condition
- If it's a signed book, a detailed image of the signature page.
- About the author section
- Additional information on the title.

Safe and Secure Storage
All of our books, including the ones we offer on consignment, are fully insured and stored in an environmentally controlled location. This ensures that they are maintained safe from any elements that can cause them harm. This includes light, moisture, and other dirt or debris.
Consignment Agreement

Getting paid after your book sells
Getting paid for your rare books is easy. Once your book is sold and the payment has cleared, the book is shipped to
the customer. After the Money Back Guarantee period has expired, we send you a check in your name in the amount of the sale minus the commission fees.
